The goal of this research are: 1) to examine the level of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure in Shariah compliant companies, 2) to examine the level of Islamic Corporate Governance in Shariah compliant companies, 3) to examine the level of IT usage in Shariah Compliant Companies, 4) to examine the relationship of Islamic Corporate Governance and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, 5) to examine therelationship ofHumanGovernanceand Islamic Corporate SocialResponsibilityDisclosure, and 6) to examinetherelationship ofUsage ofIT and Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure. This research using hybrid research, both of quantitative and qualitative. In quantitative research will using googleformto collect datafromSyariah listed company, and also using secondary datafromannualreport oflimited company. Data will be analyzed using SPSS and SmartPLS. Discussion for hypotheses testingwill be doneafter datacollection,and conclusion ofthis research.
