Abstract
The research focuses on the language attitude and factors determining language choice of English Department students of Bina Nusantara University. The observation will be done by exploring the motivation and language choice of the English Department students. The observation will be done by distributing the questionnaire to 100 students of English Department. The questionnaire is designed to exploit the students motivation in studying English and their language choice. The result of this research is expected to provide a context to design an effective English learning process, to encourage students in practicing the language studied. which can be applied in English department of Bina Nusantara University and in other universities.
