Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of knowledge sharing among lecturers in conducting research that can support faculty performance and examine the effect of knowledge sharing and its impact on the performance of lecturers. The study population is lecturers in the School of Business Management which amounted to 164 people. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling. The total sample of 106 people. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS Software 4.0. Factors that can support knowledge sharing faculty performance consists of activities knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing technologies, general Attitude towards knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing and motivators. The most influcencing factor is motivators of knowledge sharing which is the will or the level of motivation to do research. Knowledge sharing had positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers.
