The development of the Bee Best application is based on a fundamental concept where the progress and development of the nation is focused on the importance of human capital, so that various efforts are made to improve the quality of human capital itself. However, there is one factor which is very essential for human capital which will be efficient and provide optimal benefits. This factor is the quality of work life (QWL). RIG Edutech's various research products refer to the goal of increasing the QWL of its users. Therefore, with the aim of integrating all output products, the BeeBest application was developed, a self-assessment-based application that contains all RIG Edutech research products. The research method used is the Neuroresearch Method which consists of 3 (three) stages, namely Exploratory, Explanatory, and Confirmatory. Research. The research will be carried out for 3 (three) years with the mandatory output of the first year, namely three articles published through international seminars indexed Scopus, Intellectual Property Rights, Material Enrichment, Research results in the form ofapplications and application product posters.
