In Indonesia, persons with disabilities have not received moreattention, allfacilities that support their development do not pay attention to aspects of comfort for users with disabilities. The purpose ofthis research is to develop a mobileapplication that provides pictures in the formofsign language and video to all texts in a learning environment that forms a dictionary module to improve vocabulary, learn new languages ??, and how to pronounce words. Our mobile application is equipped with several features such as user registration and for others who want to learn Sign Language, create discussion forums, open Sign Language dictionaries that contain text and images, open interactive learning videos, register events, provide feedback, and also make a donation. Besides its features are Chat to Speak that chat using voice, Motion Detect for emergency needs, Detect Object, Voiceto SearchEngine,and Weather Information.
