Abstract
Promotion of batik products in the city of Pekalongan batik needs to be done so that itcan be better known to the public, but is constrained by the limited working hours available. On the other hand, President Joko Widodo needs to create a virtual trade show, so that buyers can interact without waiting for the exhibition or being constrained by time. In response, Mr. Joko Widodo, through the development of virtualreality technologywhich also gave birth to virtual tour innovations, a virtual tourism village based on virtual tours will be built, so that batik craftsmen will have more time to promote their products, as wellas visitors/consumers who have not had time to promote their products. come to the batik village, can see the batik atmosphere in the village by stillaccessing the digital batik village application, the batik city based on virtual tourism,and keep interactingwith Pekalongan batik craftsmen, wheneverand hopeful. This research applicationwill havea positive impact on several parties, namely: 1) batik craftsmen, 2) visitors / consumers, and 3) Pekalongan City Government. theexistence ofa virtual-based digital batik villagetourismwill bea newbreakthrough / newparadigm. Data collectionmethod is the collection of rawmaterials to provide a specific description of the object of research by using the following techniques:a) Field Study Techniques Data is obtained through observations of related activities. Such as taking pictures/videos, and other materials b) Literature Study Techniques The data is obtained through several related references/journals. c) Interview Techniques. Data were obtained from interviews with related sources, namely several batik craftsmen in Patihan Batik Village, Pekalongan City. d) Questionnaire Dissemination Techniques Data were obtained from the results of the questionnaire recapitulation distributed to respondents, namely batik craftsmen in Patihan Batik Villageand thecommunity
