The purpose of the research is to develop a learning factory model that uses the industry 4.0 concept with problem-based solutions using a bottle filling system model. The research method was divided into several stages, there are data searching, literature review, and discussion. The development is carried out on the facilities provided in the laboratory and the learning process that will take place, where students will improve the production system which was originally a conventional learning factory into a learning factory with industry 4.0 concept, so it will enhance students skills toward industry 4.0 development which is currently developing.
