Furthermore, law application is only as good as its foundation which is legal education. Several studies found that no matter how evolved the technology is, legal education is still taught in a traditional way. This will hinder the quality of law development since its future bearers are ill equipped to handle the future. Alternative ways of education must be given to current students. We propose to design a digital game in the form of a mobile application. This mobile game is designed to teach the intricacies of civil proceedings law. Several studies have found that the use of digital games or mobile games is beneficial to learning. In this research we will model a mobile game that is specifically built for law students and legal education in general in order to understand the civil proceedings better.
