Abstract
The objective of the research is to find out the effect of self adjustment in teaching learning activity and achievement motivation to the result of CB Learning on students of Bina Nusantara University. The research should be conducted at students of Bina Nusantara University for 3 months during the even semester of 2013-2014, with sample 75 students that selected randomly, and collected data be analyzed by using path analysis. The result of this research showed that (1) there is positive direct effect of self adjustment in teaching learning activity on the result of CB learning, (2) there is positive direct effect of the achievement motivation on the result of CB learning, and (3). there is positive direct effect of both self adjustment in teaching learning activity and the achievement motivation on the result of CB learning. Based on finding the result of research, increasing the result of CB learning for students of Bina Nusantara University should be performed by self adjustment in teaching learning activity, and by the achievement motivation.
