The purpose of this study is to understand technology perception among millennials and its relation to their work expectation, taking the samples of college students in Jakarta. The study takes place in Jakarta Indonesia. As Millenials have become an important part of the technology adoption since they will represent the majority of the consumer as they enter the productive age, with that they will also become the highest user, employee, and employers. Therefore understanding the millennials behavior towards technology has become more interesting. Some literatures pointed out that there are several characteristics of millennials that have been observed, however, there are a very limited amount of literature that has pointed out the characteristics within the millennials with regards to their perspective of technology, and how it will affect their expectation for in work
