Abstract
This study discussed how public perception on technology-based transportation provider is created by the owner of the brand, and how the company educate public using brand storytelling method. Public perception is how public see or perceive a brand. A technology-based transportation provider is a service that provides transportation to public by which their customers must order the service using an application on their smartphone that is connected to the Internet.
