TheHeroines Journey emerged becausetheHeros Journey wasconsidered too patriarchal or toomasculine. The plot does not clearly represent what will happen to awoman if she goes on ajourney (Murdock, 2020). Hero's Journey can still beapplied if thecharacter isawoman, but somefemale psychologistsat that timefelt that afemale protagonist could not beequatedwith amale protagonist (Campbell, 1990). The development of femalecharacter isconsidered different. These differencesareconsidered to providespecific psychological differences in howmen andwomen respond to conflicts in thestory. In featurefilm, thecycle of Heroins Journey had been invented and used. In this paper, thewriters willanalyse howto usethecycle of Heroines Journey in seriesand compareit with featurefilm.
