The data shows that the mental health of students is decreasing dueto the pandemicef ect. Thesituation that forces students to beisolated is exacerbated by a higher assignment pressure than normal classes, which has an impact on doing practical tasks, such as mask works with the theme of Nusantara culture. To complete the task, DKV Binus Malang students are required to collect and process data, make illustrations, then create masks with various materials. Works that require high ef ort likethis should be appreciated. Unfortunately, in this era of pandemics, conventional exhibitions are hard to do, so that their project does not get the opportunity to be appreciated. Therefore, this study will design an appreciation room that is by the circumstances while at the same time responding to the challenges of the 4.0 era and utilizing augmented realitytechnology. Thetechnology, which isveryrelevant to applyin this DKV field, can be an alternativeto build a virtual gallery. By utilizing Instagram social media, wecan create a virtual gallerythat provides new experiences. The purpose of this research is to create an Instagram account containing student work supported by the AR application. Virtual gallery visitors can enjoy a digital exhibition containing mask works with the theme of Nusantara culture with new experiences. Hopefully, it will provide a stimulus for students to beenthusiastic about work and improvethe quality and quantity of work,especiallyin the pandemicera.
