Abstract
The rapid advancements of technology change the way people lives. This transformation is also impacting millions of young generations looking for jobs. Technology will make it easier for them to find and apply jobs online. Altough there are various recruitment methods people tends to use social media or online websites for job seekings (Karim et. al., 2015). Therefore, this research aims to find out factors affecting users intention in DKI Jakarta to use e-recruitment websites. This research is quantitative research. The data is going to be collected using questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM method.
