Abstract
In a digital world with increasing transparency and the growing influence of millennials, employees expect a productive, engaging, and enjoyable work experience. Meanwhile the exceptional changes to our society and businesses, the way employees experience work has become more important than ever before. As critical as it is to an organizations ability to navigate disruption, change, and financial uncertainty. Research fromDeloitteshows that only 9%of business leaders believethey are very ready to address theissue. Rather than focus narrowly on employee engagement and culture, organizations should develop an integrated focus on the entire employee experience, bringing together all the workplace, HR, and management practices that impact people on the job in organization. Through employee experience journey, Human Resources departments are now focusing to understand and improve this complete experience to have greater Employee Performance.
