Abstract
Business Process Reengineering initiative is required in Financial Institution especially in Retail Business since the competition is really tight. The digitalera is disrupting on how the Financial Institution is doing their business, without the new model from business process reengineering and automation, the process and document bureaucracy process will make the underwriting process is very long and unsatisfied lead or even loosing the customer. The objective of this new model is for retail business lead becoming applicant and furthermore to be the loyalcustomer. This research will study the success of new model that coming from Business Process Reengineering initiative with automation that willaffect to the effective and efficiency new applicant processes. Quantitative method will be used to conduct the research. sample data are coming from realcase of BPR project of state owned financial institution. SEM method using SAS willconduct the statisticalanalysis
