Abstract
Along with the development of the current modernization era, society is very dependent on technology and makes technology a basic need of everyone. This is related to the growth of the e-commerce business in Indonesia which also opens opportunities for the growth of logistics companies to participate in contributing to the shipping process. This study aims to determine the role of service quality dimensions in influencing the decision to choose express delivery services based on the online buyer's perspective on e-commerce. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling with the analytical method using the Structural Equation Model (SEM).
