Speaking is one of the tools for human communication. There are several intonations speaking that reflect the emotional state of the person. Speaking has sound which categorize as one of digital data. Sound can be converted into digital wave that can be used for classification process. In this research, author decided to develop mobile application that can record sound, reformat sound and classify it into certain emotional state. Mobile application is believed can improve user experience and simplify the device.
