Abstract
Having numerous of innovation inside an organization does not mean that all institutional problems are solved. On the contrary, newer problems may also arise, specifically upon the implementation of the innovation product. This phenomenon is widely known as Design-implementation problem. The aim of this research is to identify the design-implementation gap related to innovation implementation in Higher Education. Data will be gathered from multiple perspectives, including students, faculties, business, and technology. The expected output of this research is a framework model to map the gaps of design-implementation In higher education, and severalconceptual solutions that might be able to solve the corresponding problem. The framework will then be used for future research as a baseline for computer-aided innovation management.
