Abstract
The current very high spread of Covid requires all parties to use technology as a toolat work. Especially in educational institutions that are a force to adapt to the changes that occur. Various ways of using the learning system, such as blended, flip, and hybrid learning have been carried out by alleducational institutions. Currently, hybrid learning is one ofthe ways used by educational institutions, especially in this case, universities. Hybrid learning isconsidered to have many advantages in helping students understand learning both onlineand at home. This studymeasures theeffectiveness of hybrid learning, thestrengthsand weaknesses of hybrid learning on students. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the effectiveness of hybrid learning for students, the strengths and weaknesses of the hybrid learning system for students in the areas of Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung, and Malang. The population in this study was active students from Bina Nusantara University in Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung,and Malang. The sampling technique was carried out using random sampling. The research instrument used in this study consisted of 1 (one) questionnaire, namely hybrid learning. The population of this research is the students of Bina Nusantara University in Jakarta, Bekasi, Bandung, and Malang. Theexpected result ofthis research for thelong termis the use of hybrid learning in an effective learning system. The short-termgoalis to produce a hybrid learning measurement tool.
