Abstract
This work is an analysis to understand the patterns of communication between crew Binus TV. The goal of this qualitative work is to describe the process of interpersonal communication, and understanding the behavior of interpersonal communication of BINUS TV crew from the viewpoint of culture of interpersonal communication in the workplace. For this purpose, the analysis of patterns of communication requires a proper analysis method, and therefore have been the perspective of interpersonal communication and personal communication organizational cultural perspective as an analytical tool. This research report is a work by using a qualitative paradigm, making it difficult to avoid subjectivity, because of the large sample population is not the main element. This work found that the conditions fluctuate structure BINUS TV crew into an antithesis as a principle function of the organizational structure. Structural dynamics, which is then referred to as Structuration emerged as the antithesis which has been constructed by the paradigm of the function, which deliberately analogize the whole organization, institutions, and social order in this world as congruent with the biological logic organs of the living body, are fixed, rigid and a function that is not replaceable. At the end of this study concluded that interpersonal communication between the crew has been institutionalized into a habit among the non-formal cultural elements of formal organization Binus TV. Structuration factually on media organizations BINUS TV appears in the form of a belief in equality of capabilities possessed by each crew Binus TV, so this study is not planned to have become the antithesis of the building paradigms function, which always considers the structure of the organization, institution or social institutions is fixed , rigid, and has a function that is irreplaceable by any other element in it.
