The Power of Digital Content Strategy in Higher Education

Abstract
The existence of the Internet has made changes in the process of delivering information and recruiting prospective students in the higher education institutions (HEIs) sector. The use of digital content through websites and social media is a digital platform that is widely used by higher education institutions (HEIs) to present information to prospective students. One of them is BINUS University. This research wants to dig deeper into the website content and social media strategies (Facebook and Instagram) used by BINUS University as a means of information for prospective students. This study uses a Quantitative Content Analysis research method by analyzing several research units involving BINUS University digital content. The period of research and analysis data determined is for 1 (one) year from January 2019 to December 2019. The results of this research are expected to produce a digital content strategy model conducted by BINUS University as the best higher education institutions (HEIs) in Indonesia.
