Abstract
Achievement Index (IP) obtained as a result of students studying at the University. IP when it accumulates it will generate a cumulative grade point (GPA). Important issues related to the GPA are often not examined how personality. Yet in reality there are some students who act and behave is difficult. Research associated with Difficult Personalities among students in terms of the cumulative grade point (GPA) becomes important. The purpose of this study to determine Difficult Personality among students in terms of the cumulative grade point (GPA) and personality as well as the solution. With the research conducted is expected to be able to answer basic problems and capable of resolving the problems that have been rarely studied. This research was conducted with descriptive qualitative methodology. The data obtained in the field and then exposed inductive analysis through the stages. The proper way is done to maintain the objectivity of the research. Search the data is deemed sufficient when it can answer the research objectives. Students with a high GPA (range 3.00 to 4.00) tend to be more active and critical in college, the GPA needs to be accompanied by soft skills and organizational skills. The role of parents is crucial to drive to succeed in college. For intermediate GPA (range 2.50 to 2.99), but less critical enough student solutions.
