Title

Pemodelan Matematika dan Simulasi pada Pengendalian Hama Tanaman

Abstract
One of the problems in the world of agriculture is the control of plant pests. Failure to control plant pests will have an impact on decreasing crop yields (harvest failure) which is the worst condition due to making the wrong decision in controlling plant pests. In this study, optimal plant pest control strategies will be studied through mathematical modeling which is built using a system of differential equations approach. The model will involve important factors in controlling plant pests such as the involvement of insecticides, insectivores and resistance events. Thus, the results of this study are expected to represent the actual conditions. The condition of the equilibrium stability of the model that has been built will be analyzed to provide an interpretation that occurs in the plant pest control model. In addition, a sensitivity analysis was carried out to determine the effect of small changes in the parameters on the behavior of the solutions in the model. In the final section, the results of the optimum control analysis will be simulated through several scenarios to provide a complete picture of crop pest control. This research has an important role in assisting decision making, because the results are able to provide a comprehensive picture ofeffective scenarios for crop pest control.
