Qualitycontrol can be defined as a system used to maintain the level of qualitydesired in a product or service [1]. The check sheet used by PT. XYZ to help the the quality control management process is currently still manual and in the future the companywants to replace the manual process with a digital check sheet. The design is carried out using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with prototyping until the design stage. Analysis is carried out on ongoing business processes and the results of the analysis are contained in an information system design in the form of an E-Check Sheetwhich can be used as a future solution. E-Check Sheet is expected to facilitate the distribution of check sheets, a standart formating, eliminate inconsistencies in filling out check sheets, and carryout checks and approvals.
