Abstract
To be a world-class company is every companys dream. However, to realize this aspiration a company must transform itself to become powerhouse that contributes significantly to the economic growth and nations prosperity. As a powerhouse in Indonesian steel industry, PT KS believes that to become a world-class steel company it should be ready to compete in the regional and global markets. Then, followed by scenario planning development how this company can adaptively develop these core competences along the way to the journey to the world-class level. At the end, early warning signals should be anticipated by the company to effectively implement the developed scenarios.
