Abstract
The industrialera 4.0 is characterized by digitalization and artificial intelligence systems. Data is a very important requirement. Data relates to various things that are processed and lead to the creation of information. The phenomenon of the availability of large and abundant data is owned by almost all fields of work, such as transaction data, identity, sales data, data describing the specifications of living things, data from an experiment and others. Data becomes a very important thing in making decisions, predictions and planning in the future. One of the scientific fields for processing data is data mining with the clustering method. But basically, the problem in using clustering that has not been solved until now is determining the optimal number ofclusters from a data group. The application ofclusters in various cases generally stops at the cluster formation process regardless of whether the number ofclusters formed from the results of the training is the most optimal. The progress ofa country is supported by the availability of quality human resources as entities within a country. Indonesia is currently included as a developing country that experiences social inequality, one of which is due to the minimal level ofeducation in Indonesia which results in low quality human resources and according to the results of the Indonesian Nutrition Status Study (SSGI) Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), the prevalence of toddlers experiencing stunting in Indonesia is 24.4% in 2021. Thus, almost a quarter of toddlers in the country experienced stunting last year. However, this percentage has decreased compared to previous years. In 2020, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is predicted to still be 26.92%. Seeing the trend, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia had jumped to 37.2% in 2013 and 30.8% in 2018. Producing quality human resources begins with the condition that children and Indonesian people are free from stunting, but the fact is that currently Indonesian toddlers stillexperience 24.4% stunting in 2021. Therefore, thoughts and concepts are needed for handling stunting in Indonesia with an information technology approach based on artificial intelligence
