On June 19, 2024, BINUS University hosted an event titled “Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Achieving Full Potential with a Multidisciplinary Research Team” at the Anggrek campus. The event featured an opening speech by Dr. Nurlina, M.M., Senior Manager of the Research Office, who emphasized the importance of integrating various disciplines to foster innovation and achieve groundbreaking research outcomes.

Dr. Rinda Hedwig, S.Kom., M.T., the Leader of the Research Interest Group in Photonic and Computer Systems at BINUS University, was the keynote speaker. She shared insights into how multidisciplinary collaboration can drive advancements in technology and photonic systems. Dr. Hedwig highlighted several successful projects that benefited from combining expertise in computer science and photonics, illustrating the enhanced potential when diverse fields intersect.
