Research Festival 2023: Applying VOSviewer for Research

VOSviewer is a software tool for constructing and visualizing bibliometric networks. These networks may for instance include journals, researchers, or individual publications, and they can be constructed based on citation, bibliographic coupling, co-citation, or co-authorship relations. This is a helpful software for bibliometric researcher for data analytics.

Binus Corporate Learning & Development (BCL&D) with Research & Technology Transfer (RTT) organized a VOSviewer workshop for BINUS Faculty Member in an annual Research Festival 2023 on 17 February 2023. Dr. Yuli Eni, S.E., S.Kom., M.M., CDMS., CBV was invited to share her knowledge on how to apply VOSviewer for Research.

The participants were involved onsite at Binus University Kampus Anggrek and online through a meeting platform at Kampus Bandung, Kampus Malang, and Kampus Semarang. Dr. Yuli was very informative on delivering the information about VOSviewer and the participants were also enthusiast to the workshop. It is expected that Binus researchers would expand their knowledge on VOSviewer to foster and empower the society through their research.
