Research Interest Group of Intelligent and Advance System and Doctor of Computer Science Bina Nusantara University organized The Indonesia Intellectual Property Insight and The Trends of Research in Computer Science and Information System

This event was organized at Binus University Jakarta with the main topic of discussion titled: “Utilization of Intellectual Property Rights System to Increase Research Output and Commercialization” Presented by Yoga Prihastomo, S.T., M.Kom, The Section Head of Application, Directorate of Information Technology Intellectual Property Right

Intellectual property encompasses two types of rights; industrial property rights, which are used for inventions and copyrights which are used for artistic works. The utilization of Intellectual Property Rights System is in line with the trends of research in computer science and information system.

It is also in line with one of Research and Technology Transfer Bina Nusantara University objectives in encouraging its researchers to register their inventions on Intellectual Property Rights System. The increasing number of Intellectual Property Rights registration is one of Binus University ways in fostering and emporing the society.
