Pada Rabu, 11 Februari 2026, Pusat Studi Pendidikan dan Kebijakan (PSPK) menyelenggarakan diskusi BERANDA PSPK #42 secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting bertema “Redefining Education in the Global South: Navigating the AI Frontier.” Diskusi menghadirkan Prof. Fernando Reimers (Professor Harvard Graduate, School of Education) dan Callysta Thony (Alumni Mahasiswa Harvard Graduate, School of Education) sebagai pembicara, dengan Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si. (Wakil Rektor Research & Technology Transfer) sebagai penanggap. Sesi ini membahas dampak perkembangan Generative AI terhadap pendidikan di negara Global South, termasuk peluang peningkatan akses belajar serta tantangan integritas akademik seperti fenomena ghostwriting dan moral disengagement. Diskusi menekankan pentingnya kebijakan pendidikan dan pendekatan formative assessment agar AI mendukung proses belajar sekaligus menjaga integritas intelektual.
On February 11, 2026, the Center for Education and Policy Studies (PSPK) held BERANDA PSPK #42 via Zoom under the theme “Redefining Education in the Global South: Navigating the AI Frontier.” The session featured Prof. Fernando Reimers (Professor Harvard Graduate, School of Education) and Callysta Thony (Graduate Student of Harvard Graduate, School of Education), with Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si. (Vice Rector of Research & Technology Transfer) as discussant.
