Webinar Recap – Entrepreneurship Mentoring for Student Research-Based Products

BINUS RTT menyelenggarakan sesi bertajuk “Menjadi Pendamping Kewirausahaan Produk Research Mahasiswa” pada Senin, 22 September 2025, yang dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting dengan menghadirkan Dr. Desman Hidayat, S.Kom., M.M. (BINUS Entrepreneurship Center Manager) sebagai pembicara. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman mengenai tantangan dan peluang kewirausahaan di bidang inovasi teknologi dan produk berbasis riset, serta bagaimana menerapkan pendekatan coaching dan mentoring untuk membantu mahasiswa mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan memaksimalkan potensi produk hasil penelitian agar siap bersaing secara berkelanjutan.

BINUS RTT organized a session titled “Becoming a Mentor for Student Research-Based Product Entrepreneurship” on Monday, 22 September 2025, conducted online via Zoom Meeting. The session featured Dr. Desman Hidayat, S.Kom., M.M. (BINUS Entrepreneurship Center Manager) as the speaker and aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the challenges and opportunities in technology innovation and research-based product entrepreneurship.

During the session, participants learned how to apply effective coaching and mentoring approaches to support students in identifying the potential of their research outputs and transforming them into viable products. The discussion also covered fundamental entrepreneurship concepts, emphasizing strategies to develop sustainable and competitive research-based products.
