Editorial Leadership Transition at Jurnal Humaniora: Welcoming Dr. Ekky Imanjaya

Telah terjadi pergantian kepemimpinan di Jurnal Humaniora BINUS University. Dra. Endang Ernawati, M.Lib. mengakhiri masa jabatannya sebagai Pemimpin Redaksi setelah mengabdi sejak 2016. Mulai Juni 2025, posisi ini diisi oleh Dr. Ekky Imanjaya, S.S., M.Hum., M.A., Ph.D., yang ditunjuk oleh Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi. BINUS University mengapresiasi kontribusi Dra. Endang dan menyambut kepemimpinan baru Dr. Ekky dalam memajukan riset humaniora.

A leadership transition has taken place in the editorial board of Jurnal Humaniora, BINUS University, marking the end of Dra. Endang Ernawati, M.Lib.’s tenure as Editor-in-Chief. Dra. Endang has served with dedication from 2016 to 2025, contributing significantly to the journal’s development and scholarly reputation in the humanities. Her nearly decade-long leadership has laid a strong foundation for the journal’s continued growth and academic impact.

Effective June 2025, Dr. Ekky Imanjaya, S.S., M.Hum., M.A., Ph.D., a fellow faculty member at BINUS University, has been appointed as the new Editor-in-Chief. The appointment was made by Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., Vice Rector for Research and Technology Transfer. Dr. Ekky, a noted scholar in film and cultural studies, is expected to bring new perspectives and further elevate the journal’s standing in the academic community.

BINUS University expresses its deepest appreciation to Dra. Endang Ernawati for her years of service and commitment to Jurnal Humaniora. The University also congratulates Dr. Ekky Imanjaya on his new role and looks forward to his leadership in advancing the journal’s mission of fostering high-quality humanities research.
