BINUS University Semarang Campus hosted a Sustainability Talk and Workshop from 29 April to 2 May 2025, featuring a series of research-sharing sessions, seminars, and handson workshops. The event focused on the theme of environmental sustainability, particularly introducing eco-enzyme and its practical applications. Participants engaged in a guided session to learn how to create eco-enzyme-based soap, promoting sustainable practices within daily routines.
The event brought together prominent academics and researchers, including Prof. Dr. Ngatindriatun, M.P., Research Interest Group Leader of RAISE, and Dr. Mulyani Karmagatri, M.M., Leader of the SMEEI group. Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., also delivered an opening speech online at the event. Their presentations emphasized the importance of interdisciplinary research in driving sustainable innovation and community engagement. Dr. Rosyidah Rahmah, S.Kom., M.M., also contributed insights from her research, highlighting the role of digital solutions in supporting eco-friendly practices.
A notable contribution was made by Prof. Dr. Wara Dyah Pita Rengga from Universitas Negeri Semarang, who provided a broader academic perspective on environmental education and eco-conscious behavior. The collaboration among researchers from different institutions underscored the event’s aim to foster sustainable development through knowledge sharing and practical application.
