On 28 November 2025, the Research and Technology Transfer Office (RTTO) at BINUS University organized an online workshop titled “Pra-Workshop Intensif Data Paper Scopus Batch 9.” This workshop featured insightful coaching by Ida Bagus Kerthyayana Manuaba, S.T., Ph.D., an accomplished data paper author and Deputy Head of Computer Science Department, School of Computing and Creative Arts, BINUS University.

The primary aim of the workshop was to provide Faculty Members with the opportunity to explore essential aspects of research data management, thereby equipping them with the necessary skills to maintain accurate and well-organized research data. This initiative was designed to enhance the preparation of scholarly articles for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, ensuring that these articles conformed to rigorous academic standards and adhered to ethical research practices, including data integrity, transparency, and accountability. Ultimately, the workshop sought to empower Faculty Member participants to produce high-quality scholarly work that would make a significant contribution to their respective fields of study.

On November 03, 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University. Successfully organized an online workshop entitled “PKM Masterclass: Kupas Tuntas Penulisan Proposal yang Unggul”. The event featured comprehensive coaching sessions led by distinguished speakers, including Ahmad Fikron Maulida, S.E., M.M., Student Achievement Section Head, Student Involvement Center at BINUS University.

This learning objective is designed to enable students to develop a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts underlying the Student Creativity Program (PKM), including its overarching goals, various categories, and the evaluation criteria employed by reviewers. Students will be expected to analyze the principal structure and components of a PKM proposal, encompassing elements such as background, problem formulation, objectives, methodology, timeline, budget, and anticipated outcomes. 

Furthermore, participans will be able to identify the distinguishing features of a high-quality proposal, with particular emphasis on writing standards, originality, relevance, and potential impact. The objective also includes the application of effective and persuasive proposal writing techniques in accordance with the official PKM guidelines as stipulated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. Participans will be guided to develop a systematic and competitive PKM proposal draft that demonstrates logical coherence, the use of scientific language, and adherence to proper administrative formatting. Finally, participans will conduct a self-evaluation of their proposal to ensure alignment with the selection criteria at both the university and national levels.
