On December 3, 2024, BINUS Alam Sutera had the honor of hosting Garudafood to explore exciting opportunities for innovation and social impact. The discussions revolved around refining Garudafood’s biscuit formula to better meet consumer preferences while maintaining its functional qualities, leveraging research downstreaming to ensure market readiness, and collaborating on initiatives that align with shared sustainability goals.

Notably, all profits from this initiative will go toward programs aimed at combating stunting, showcasing Garudafood’s strong commitment to community well-being. BINUS Alam Sutera was joined by the following VIP guests from Garudafood: Eva Rosmiaty as the Head of New Product Development, Fransiskus John as the Managing Director, Djunaidi Halim as the R&D Senior General Manager, and Ferry Haryanto as the Marketing Director.

We were delighted to engage with the Garudafood team and share insights from our researchers—Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si., Prof. Dr. Lim Sanny, S.T., M.M., Prof. Ir. Ingrid Suryanti Surono, M.Sc., Ph.D., and Pak Hendy Risdianto Wijaya, S.T., M.T., Ph.D.—to explore how academic expertise can complement impactful business strategies.
