CODHES 2025 (International Conference on Digital Humanities & Environmental Sustainability 2025)

BINUS University bersama Universitas Brawijaya resmi membuka International Conference on Digital Humanities and Environmental Sustainability (CODHES) 2025 pada 27–28 Oktober 2025 di Kampus BINUS @Kemanggisan, Jakarta. Konferensi ini menghadirkan pembicara internasional seperti Prof. Hsiang, Jieh (National Taiwan University), Dr. E. Leigh Bonds (The Ohio State University), Prof. Bart Barendregt (Leiden University), dan Prof. Shidarta (BINUS University) yang membahas tema “Sustainability in the Digital Age: Rethinking Humanities, Digitalization, and the Environment.” Melalui sesi presentasi ilmiah dan diskusi kolaboratif, acara ini memperkuat kontribusi BINUS dalam pengembangan riset lintas disiplin yang menghubungkan teknologi digital, humaniora, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan.

On October 27–28, 2025, BINUS University and Universitas Brawijaya jointly hosted the International Conference on Digital Humanities and Environmental Sustainability (CODHES) 2025 at BINUS @Kemanggisan Campus in Jakarta. Bringing together global scholars, the conference focused on the theme “Sustainability in the Digital Age: Rethinking Humanities, Digitalization, and the Environment,” emphasizing how digital transformation reshapes knowledge production and supports environmental stewardship.

The event featured keynote insights from distinguished experts, including Hsiang, Jieh (National Taiwan University), E. Leigh Bonds (The Ohio State University), Bart Barendregt (Leiden University) and Shidarta (BINUS University). Through interdisciplinary paper presentations and academic dialogue, CODHES 2025 strengthened BINUS University’s leadership in international research collaboration and advanced discussions at the intersection of technology, culture and sustainability.
