Strengthening Ethical Readiness: LPDP Pre-Departure Program with Prof. Juneman Abraham

Program Persiapan Keberangkatan (PK) daring bagi 566 penerima beasiswa LPDP angkatan 260 dan 261 berlangsung pada 21–31 Juli 2025 untuk membekali calon mahasiswa S2 dan S3 dengan kesiapan akademik dan mental. Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., Wakil Rektor BINUS University, mengisi sesi bertema “Sosialisasi Budaya Anti Korupsi” guna menanamkan nilai integritas dan etika. Program ini menekankan internalisasi nilai luhur bangsa dan budaya Kementerian Keuangan untuk membentuk pemimpin masa depan yang bebas korupsi.

The Pre-Departure Preparation Program (Program Persiapan Keberangkatan/PK) for LPDP Scholarship awardees of cohorts 260 and 261 took place virtually from 21 to 31 July 2025. This program is part of a broader initiative by the Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) to equip Master’s and Doctoral candidates—both domestic and international-bound—with the essential knowledge and mindset to succeed in their academic and professional pursuits. A total of 566 participants is enrolled in this batch of the PK program.

As part of the program, Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., Professor of Psychology and Vice Rector of Research and Technology Transfer at BINUS University, served as a key speaker. He delivered a session on “Anti-Corruption Cultural Socialization,” sharing insights drawn from both scholarly and practical perspectives. His talk was aimed at strengthening the mental readiness of awardees during and after their studies, particularly in navigating ethical challenges in various environments.

This initiative emphasized the internalization of Indonesia’s core national values and the cultural principles upheld by the Ministry of Finance. Through this program, LPDP seek to instill a strong ethical foundation and a culture of integrity among its scholars, aligning with the broader goal of producing future leaders who are not only academically competent but also morally grounded in anti-corruption values.
