Coordination Meeting on Research and Technology Transfer: Strengthening Research Performance and Empowerment at BINUS University
On Tuesday, March 4, 2025, BINUS University held a coordination meeting for Research and Technology Transfer at the Kijang Campus. The meeting was attended by Research Coordinators, PIC Research, and PIC Empowerment, along with key representatives from Research Interest Groups, Research Centers, and the Research and Technology Transfer division. The event opened with remarks from Bagas Rizky Ramadhan, B.IAM., from the Research Roadmap team, followed by a welcoming speech delivered by Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si., Vice Rector for Research and Technology Transfer at BINUS University.

The agenda featured presentations on Scival and university rankings, presented by Brilly Andro Makalew, S.Kom., MTI., Research and Empowerment Digital Specialist, and Dr. Rhio Sutoyo, S.Kom., M.Sc., Institutional Research and Analytics Manager at BINUS University. Additionally, a session on technology transfer was delivered by Hendy Risdianto Wijaya, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., emphasizing strategies to strengthen BINUS University’s innovation ecosystem. During the discussion session, Prof. Dr. Sani Muhamad Isa, S.Si., M.Kom., Binus Graduate Program Director, actively contributed by raising a critical question regarding the alignment between research performance metrics and graduate program outcomes.
This regular hybrid meeting, conducted both onsite and online, serves as a platform for updating and aligning research and community empowerment activities across BINUS University. By engaging Research Coordinators, PICs, managers, and key academic leaders such as Prof. Dr. Sani Muhamad Isa, the meeting fosters interdisciplinary collaboration and supports the continuous development of the university’s research and technology transfer ecosystem.
