Lecturer Gathering 2025: Advancing Research and Innovation with Integrity

The Lecturer Gathering for the Even Semester 2024/2025 was held on January 17, 2025, across all seven BINUS University campuses. This event brought together more than 1,000 faculty members to foster collaboration, innovation, and integrity in teaching and research. The gathering emphasized the SPIRIT values—Striving for Excellence, Perseverance, Integrity, Respect, Innovation, and Teamwork—underscoring BINUS University’s commitment to shaping a generation of highly competent, innovative, and ethical individuals.

During the event, Rector Dr. Nelly, S.Kom., M.M., along with the Vice Rectors, addressed the participants. Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si., Vice Rector of Research and Technology Transfer, highlighted the strategic role of his vice rectorate in advancing research excellence and fostering knowledge transfer. Prof. Juneman emphasized the importance of ethical research practices and collaboration in ensuring that BINUS University remains at the forefront of academic innovation and contributes to societal development.

Prof. Juneman also encouraged faculty members to actively engage in research and publication efforts that align with global academic standards. He reiterated the university’s support in providing resources and opportunities for interdisciplinary research, industry partnerships, and international collaborations. Through these initiatives, BINUS aims to strengthen its impact on both academia and industry, ensuring that faculty members are equipped to address contemporary challenges with integrity and innovation.
