The 4th iCOPE 2024: Advancing Research and Practice in Business Excellence

The 4th International Conference on Organizational Performance Excellence (iCOPE) 2024 was held on 8 November 2024 at BINUS University Semarang Campus. Organized by the Binus University Business School, the conference aims to promote academic and practical research outcomes in business, serve as a primary channel for exchanging research activities, and share insights on advancements in organizational performance excellence. The event theme of ecosystem, innovation, and excellence in Enhancing Organization Resilience and Agility for Sustainability, brought together scholars and practitioners to discuss new developments in this field.

The opening remarks delivered by Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, Vice Rector for Research and Technology Transfer at BINUS University, setting the tone for the conference. The welcoming speeches featured Prof. Dr. Dra. Ngatindriatun, the General Chair of iCOPE, along with Dr. Bambang Dwi Wijanarko, Deputy Director of BINUS University Semarang Campus, and Dr. Ir. Hardijanto Saroso, Dean of the BINUS Business School. Keynote sessions led by prominent speakers including Prof. Dr. Sani Muhammad Isa, Director of the BINUS Graduate Program, Titi Agustina, S.E., the Vice Chairperson of Education and Culture at the Semarang Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) and Prof. Vikas Kumar, Birmingham City University, UK.
