Pre-Departure Briefing for LPDP Cohorts 242 and 243: Promoting an Anti-Corruption Culture
On September 6, 2024, the LPDP held a pre-departure briefing for the 242nd and 243rd cohorts of LPDP awardees. The event took place at the LPDP Podcast Studio and was attended virtually by the participants. This session aimed to equip the scholars with essential knowledge and insights as they prepared for their academic journeys. Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, M.Si., Vice Rector of Research and Technology Transfer at BINUS University, delivered a presentation titled Socialization of Anti-Corruption Culture.
Prof. Juneman Abraham has developed and published a national book exploring the concept of Melawan Korupsi Ilmu. His work delves into the systemic issues and solutions surrounding the integrity of scientific practices In his speech, he emphasized the importance of knowledge in empowering individuals to drive meaningful change. He highlighted that anyone, armed with the right knowledge and determination, could become a disruptor and an agent of transformation within corrupt environments.
The event was hosted by Jupriyanto from LPDP, who facilitated the online meeting smoothly.
