Leadership Competencies Workshop: Lifelong Retooling of Bridge Builders

On July 16, 2024, BINUS Corporate Learning & Development (BCL&D) at BINUS University hosted a workshop focused on Leadership Competencies. This event, titled “Closing Program: The Lifelong Retooling of Bridge Builders,” was held at the BINUS University Alam Sutera Campus. The workshop aimed to enhance leadership skills among participants, emphasizing continuous learning and development as essential components of effective leadership.

The workshop featured several important participants from BINUS University’s esteemed faculty and leadership team. Notably, Michael Wijaya Hadipoespito, B.Sc., M.B.A., Vice President of BINUS Higher Education & Professional Services, contributed his insights on leadership in higher education. Prof. Firdaus Alamsjah, Ph.D., BINUS CREATES Director, shared his expertise on innovative educational practices. Additionally, Dr. Elidjen, S.Kom., MInfoCommTech., CIP, CKM., the Knowledge Management & Innovation Director, discussed the role of knowledge management in fostering a culture of innovation.

Other significant contributors included Dr. Reina, S.Kom., M.M., Vice Rector of Academic Operation & Resources, and Dr. Ir. Yohannes Kurniawan, S.Kom., S.E., MMSI., Vice Rector of Student Affairs, who highlighted the importance of academic and student engagement in leadership development. Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si., Vice Rector of Research & Technology Transfer, offered insights on integrating research and technology in leadership strategies. The event also featured Dr. Johan Muliadi Kerta, S.Kom., M.M., Director of the BINUS @Bandung Campus, and Harly Toindo, M.M., Director of BINUS Corporate Learning and Development, who provided perspectives on campus leadership and corporate learning initiatives.
