Level Up Your Creativity: Practical Guide to Generating Substantive Intellectual Property Rights in Your Field

On May 22, 2024, an online workshop titled “Level Up Kreativitas: Panduan Praktis Hasilkan HKI Substantif Sesuai Bidang” was conducted, aiming to provide practical guidance on generating substantive Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) relevant to various scientific fields. The event was specially organized for faculty members of Binus University, highlighting the importance of intellectual property in academia and research.

The workshop featured Yoga Prihastomo, S.T., M.Kom., an Industrial Design Examiner from the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Republic of Indonesia, as the speaker. With his extensive expertise in industrial design and intellectual property law, Mr. Prihastomo shared valuable insights and strategies on creating and protecting intellectual property, emphasizing the necessity for researchers and academics to understand and navigate the intricacies of IPR in their respective domains.

Throughout the seminar, participants were engaged in discussions on the practical aspects of producing substantial IPR, tailored to their specific scientific disciplines.
