Conditions required for Applicant

In advance of application, applicants are reqesetd to uderstand conditions and obligations of grantee, which are described in “Letter of Acceptance (form#: KWEF-24RGA-F52)”

[Additional requirement:]
  1. The applicant must reside in Indonesia.
  2. The applicant must conduct research at university, college, or associated institute in Indonesia (except private sectors).
  3. The applicant shall be young academician under 40 years of age. For PhD candidates, an approval from Supervisor is required (note: a master student is not allowed to submit a proposal).

Application Period: March 1st, 2024 – May 15th, 2024

Selection

All applications will be reviewed by the Indonesia selection committee. Only qualified applicants is receiving a qualification notice in the end of August by letter, followed by final decision at KWEF Board. Qualified application information is also being posted on KWEF website in September.

How to apply

  1. Download an attachment form Outline of Research/Fill the Template
  2. Complete your explanation of your research in the downloaded form.
  3. Input necessary information and upload your completed “Outline of Research” in KWEF Web application site.
  4. Notes:
    * Application is acceptable only through the KWEF Web application site.
    * KWEF shuts down acceptance of application after expiration of the Web application site.
    * No registered information is changeable once after your completion of application in the Web application site (your submitted information automatically goes to KWEF selection committee)
    * Application has to be done by applicant herself/himself
