Exploring Collaborative Initiatives: Chatbot AI for Public Service Enhancement in DKI Jakarta

BINUS University’s Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) embarked on a significant meeting on December 12, 2023. Present at this strategic rendezvous were distinguished figures Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si., Vice Rector of Binus University; Aninda Rahmsari, the Business & Technology Innovation Manager, RTT Binus University; and Erwin Yudhana, alongside a dedicated team representing the Jakarta Provincial Government’s Unit for Investment Management and Integrated One-Stop Services in Palmerah District. 

The genesis of this meeting stemmed from the initiative of Diah Wihardini, Senior Manager of Academic Development, and Innovation at BINUS Higher Education. Her vision was to foster collaboration between Higher Education Institutions and Local Governments. 

This collaborative discourse aimed at exploring the potentialities embedded within the research endeavors of lecturers and students at BINUS University, particularly in the realm of Chatbot technology rooted in Artificial Intelligence. The focal point of discussion centered on the prospective application of this technology within public services, specifically in the sphere of investment facilitation within the DKI Jakarta region.
