Elevating Academic Impact Ethically: Insights from Visiting Professor Nanthakumar Loganathan

On the 27th of September 2023, Binus Faculty Members had the opportunity to delve into the intricacies of enhancing their H-Index while upholding the principles of research ethics at an enlightening online workshop. Organized by Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND), Research and Technology Transfer (RTT), and Collaboration and Global Engagement (CGE), this event brought together academics from diverse backgrounds under the expert guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nanthakumar Loganathan from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. The workshop aimed to shed light on the multifaceted dimensions of research impact, emphasizing the importance of ethical conduct in the quest to improve one’s H-Index.

The event commenced with an opening speech by Prof. Dr. Tirta N. Mursitama, Vice Rector of Collaboration and Global Engagement at Binus University. Prof. Mursitama underlined the commitment of Binus University to fostering a research culture grounded in integrity and academic rigor. The workshop was moderated by Dr. Syauqi A. Abrori and Seera P. A. Marwa, from RTTO and BCLND.
