LLDIKTI 3 Benchmark Study on Binus Journal Management

Binus University Alam Sutera Campus had the privilege of hosting a benchmark study conducted by LLDIKTI 3 (Higher Education Regional Council 3). The purpose of this study was to gather valuable insights and information on how Binus University effectively manages its scientific journals to attain the prestigious Scopus Level.

The benchmark study witnessed the participation of esteemed individuals from LLDIKTI 3, including Dr. Ir. Paristiyanti Nurwardani, MP., the Head of LLDIKTI 3, and Sri Mastuti., S.Kom., M.Kom., the Human Resources Section Head of LLDIKTI 3, along with the LLDIKTI 3 team. Their presence at Binus University demonstrated the importance and relevance of the study in the higher education community.

The event was gracefully hosted by Binus University, with prominent figures leading the proceedings. Prof. Dr. Tirta N. Mursitama, Ph.D., the Vice Rector for Research and Technology Transfer at Binus University, took the stage as the distinguished speaker. His extensive knowledge and experience in the field ensured that the benchmark study would be insightful and beneficial to all participants. Assisting Prof. Tirta N. Mursitama was Dr. Nurlina, M.M., the Senior Manager of the Research and Technology Transfer Office at Binus University. Her expertise and guidance were instrumental in the success of the event. Additionally, Dewi Novianti, S.SI., served as the Master of Ceremony, skillfully steering the program throughout the day. The presence of Supria, M.Sc., and Erma Lusia, M.Par., further enhanced the event’s efficiency and effectiveness.

The benchmark study focused on exploring the practices and strategies employed by Binus University in managing scientific journals. The participants engaged in fruitful discussions, exchanging ideas, and learning from one another. The LLDIKTI 3 team had the opportunity to observe Binus University’s robust journal management system, which has enabled the institution to achieve Scopus Level recognition.
