Industrial Forum of ICOBAR 2021

Industrial Forum was held after the opening ceremony and keynote speaking of ICOBAR 2021 on 24 June 2021. Industrial Forum invites three experts from academia and industry who exchanged their views and experience on particular issue.

The forum was opened by Diah Wihardini, M.Ed., Ph.D., the Director of BINUS Global of Bina Nusantara University and moderated by Dr. Eng. Nico Surantha, M.T. The forum invited speakers were Emil R. Karabuan, M.A., Ph.D. an academia expert who shared his experience on waste bank digitalization, Dave Mangindaan, Ph.D., an academia expert who shared his research on black soldier fly as a solution for waste food energy nexus in Indonesia and Richard Anthony, an industrial expert and president director of Re.Juve who shared his experience on zero waste effort.

We hope the forum would trigger more creativity in research and technology transfer to foster and empower the society and improve collaboration between university and industry.
