On October 30, 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND), successfully organized an online workshop entitled “Research Partnership to Form IRN (International Research Network) and to Advance the SDGs”. The event featured comprehensive coaching sessions led by distinguished speakers, including Prof. Dr. Juneman Abraham, S.Psi., M.Si., Vice Rector of Research & Technology Transfer at BINUS University.

The primary objective of the workshop was to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the fundamental principles, methodologies, and processes required to establish and sustain an International Research Network (IRN). Furthermore, the workshop aimed to identify effective strategies for fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs); to strengthen communication and cooperation with international partners through inclusive and equitable research practices; and to elucidate the key indicators necessary for developing or enhancing IRNs to ensure their sustainability and relevance to both global and local development priorities.

On October 7, 2025, the Department of Research and Technology Transfer (RTT) at BINUS University, in collaboration with Binus Corporate Learning and Development (BCLND), successfully organized an online workshop entitled “Desain dan Implementasi Action Research: Mengintegrasikan Pengabdian Masyarakat dalam Penelitian Ilmiah.” This event featured insightful coaching sessions delivered by distinguished speakers, notably Dr. Arie Suciyana Sriyanto, S.Si., M.Si., Lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Mercu Buana, who specializes in Research Methods, Social Psychology, and Social Intervention.

The workshop was designed to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and characteristics of action research and its significance in integrating scientific research with community service. Participants were guided in formulating relevant social issues that can be effectively addressed through the action research approach. Furthermore, the session provided strategies for identifying reputable journals suitable for the publication of action research findings and for employing effective methods to enhance the likelihood of manuscript acceptance.
